The last decade of B2B GTM rewarded teams that could ship volume. The next decade will reward teams that can ship evidence. LLMs closed the gap on speed. A five-person marketing team now drafts faster than it can review. The bottleneck moved from production to grounding. The teams that win from here will be the ones whose every positioning line, blog post, battle card, and outbound sentence can be traced back to a real customer or industry sentiment. That layer does not exist in most GTM stacks. We are building it.
Three things changed in the last twenty-four months.
LLMs made drafting trivial and made unsourced AI content worthless at the same time, because every model trains on the same public internet. Conversation intelligence reached every GTM team, so Gong, Fathom, Granola, and Circleback now sit on every sales call, every customer meeting, every renewal conversation. The raw data is finally there. And MCP became the default protocol for AI agents to call external tools, which means the same customer intelligence layer can now serve a PMM writing a blog post and a Claude agent writing an outbound email through one API.
Three years ago this company could not have existed. Two years from now it will be obvious it should have.
