Security practices

  • Encryption

    All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 plus) and at rest (AES-256). Your customer data, API credentials, and generated content are protected at every layer.

  • Access controls

    Role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and audit logging ensure that only authorized personnel can access your data. All access is monitored and logged.

  • Data isolation

    Each customer's data is logically isolated. Your CRM data, call transcripts, and generated content are never shared with or accessible to other customers.

  • AI data handling

    Your data is never used to train AI models. We use commercial LLMs with zero-retention data processing agreements. Your customer data is used only to generate outputs for your business.

  • Infrastructure

    Hosted on SOC 2 certified cloud infrastructure with regular penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and 24/7 monitoring.
