Grounded AI content is AI-generated text anchored in proprietary source material with traceable citations back to the original evidence.

Grounded AI content is content generated by a language model that has been constrained to a specific corpus of evidence instead of relying on the model's general training data. That corpus is usually call transcripts, support tickets, internal docs, and customer research. Every claim in grounded content can be traced back to a source quote.

This approach solves the two largest problems with general AI content. The first is hallucination, where the model invents facts.
